System Requirements

Operating System

• Windows - Windows 7/Windows 8/Windows 10 (latest service packs).
• Mac (latest service packs).
• Processor - Intel Pentium® D 2.8 GHz or AMD Athlon™ 64 X2 4400+
• Memory - min 2 GB but more recommended for optimal use.
• Selecting text - Pro-Study works with most applications that allow you to select text e.g. Internet pages, Microsoft Word, PDF documents, etc.
• Web Browser - we recommend using Google Chrome for best compatibility results.

Cancelling

To cancel your free trial or monthly subscription payments you must stop the recurring payments through PayPal, this will then automatically cancel the subscription with us, instructions below:

• Log into PayPal
• Click the settings wheel in the top right hand corner
• Across the top menu you should see 'Payments' - click on this
• Click view on 'Manage your automatic payments'
• Down the left you should see all your pre-approved payments
• Select Pro-Study and you will have all the information and the option to cancel
